To address the need for efficient vehicle storage in a limited space, a high-end car storage company in Switzerland customized and installed 5units hydraulic storage lifts. These units are specifically designed for use in a car storage apartment that includes a mezzanine office. Due to the loft structure in certain areas, the available ceiling height is only 3.1 meters. A tailored solution was developed to accommodate this constraint and enable more Porsches to be stored within the available space.
Based on the site conditions, a parking height of 1.5m was selected as the most suitable option for accommodating low-profile vehicles. This setup allows each 4 post car lift to support the vertical parking of two vehicles, effectively doubling the parking capacity per space without altering the building's structure.
To improve operational convenience, the customer opted for an electric unlocking function, which simplifies platform lifting control. Additionally, a full steel plate was added to the center of each platform to enhance stability and reflect a more professional approach to vehicle storage.
In terms of appearance, 4 post parking lift platforms feature a uniform pure black finish, aligning with the overall design of the storage apartment and contributing to a clean, professional aesthetic.
