Preparation for installing a lift:

1. After the equipment arrives, the installation engineer must reconfirm the site and perform a level test.

2. After the equipment arrives on site, all tools and lift equipment must be inventoried.

Key Points to Note When Commissioning a Hydraulic Lift:

1. Before working, personal protective equipment must be worn, especially hard hats. Safety belts must be fastened when working at heights. Electricians and welders must wear insulated shoes. All tools used must be inspected.

2. Before commissioning the lift, always wear insulated shoes and gloves, or stand on an insulated mat. Otherwise, work is prohibited.

3. During installation, contact the person in charge of the on-site construction unit to discuss and implement safety measures and precautions for both parties.

4. When the lift is in operation, a sign indicating that someone is working underground must be displayed outside the entrance of each floor.

5. When working in the hoistway, a 36V work light must be used. When working inside the elevator car, a 12V tool light must be used.

6. No one is allowed to park below the work area, and no one is allowed to slide or jump down when descending the scaffolding.

7. During commissioning, operators must cooperate with the commissioning personnel, remain focused, and follow their instructions.

8. When commissioning the elevator and hoistway, operating while intoxicated, playing, or joking is strictly prohibited. Operators must work together effectively and supervise others working safely.

9. When using gas or electric welding, adhere to gas and electric welding safety procedures and pay attention to fire safety precautions.

Equipment Test Run: Connect the power cable to the equipment and begin the test run. Lift and lower the equipment with no load, pausing to test the control buttons. Verify that all buttons are functioning properly. After fully loading the equipment, perform the lift again. Verify that all buttons are functioning properly and that the equipment is functioning properly. Raise the equipment to its highest point and check that the clearance between the platform and the pit is within a reasonable range.
