1. Classification by driving mode
1. Hydraulic stacker parking lift
Driven by hydraulic cylinder, it has strong stability and large load capacity (up to 50 tons), suitable for industrial heavy-load scenarios, such as warehouse loading and unloading. The disadvantage is that the speed is slow (usually 0.1-0.3 m/s).
2. Electric stacker parking lift
Driven by motor, environmentally friendly and low noise, suitable for indoor use (such as shopping mall freight elevators), with a load of 1-5 tons and a speed of up to 0.5 m/s.
3. Pneumatic stacker parking lift
Relying on compressed air, it has good explosion-proof performance and is often used in chemical and dusty environments, but the load is small (usually less than 1 ton).
2. Classification by structural form
1. Scissor-type stacker parking lift
It is telescopically lifted by cross-brackets, the platform is stable, and the operating height is usually 4-18 meters (refer to "GB/T 27542-2011"), which is widely used for high-altitude maintenance.
2. Rail-type stacker parking lift
Runs along a fixed track, suitable for shaft installation, with a load capacity of 2-10 tons, commonly used for cargo transportation between building floors.
3. Articulated arm stacker parking lift
With a rotatable folding arm, it can flexibly cross obstacles, with an operating height of up to 30 meters, and is mostly used for power repairs.
III. Classification by use
1. Industrial stacker parking lift
Emphasizing durability, such as the lift on the automobile production line, with a load capacity of more than 20 tons.
2. Home stacker parking lift
Miniature design (load capacity 200-400kg), used in villas or nursing homes, meets barrier-free standards.
3. Special purpose stacker parking lift
Including customized products such as explosion-proof (such as coal mines) and clean (dust-free environment of electronic factories).
IV. Other Classification Dimensions
- Mobile vs. Fixed: Mobile equipment has wheels (such as aerial work platforms), while fixed equipment requires a pre-installed foundation (such as elevators).
- Indoor vs. Outdoor: Outdoor equipment must be windproof and rainproof (such as aluminum alloy lifting platforms used on construction sites).
