The stacker parking lift, a tool used to lift the car, operates as follows:
The first step is to start the power of the stacker parking lift (the power light on the control panel will light up at this time). Next, lower the stacker parking lift to the lowest point and push the swing arms to expand to both sides and keep them in a straight line, so that the car can be easily positioned. After that, drive the car to the appropriate position and adjust the car to ensure that its center of gravity is as close as possible to the center point of the stacker parking lift. Finally, pull the handbrake to ensure that the car is parked.
The second step is to slowly adjust the swing arm and the pallet to the appropriate part of the car. Adjust the length of the swing arm to the appropriate position and adjust it to the appropriate height by rotating the pallet to ensure that the car remains level. At the same time, make sure that the grooves on the pallet are precisely aligned with the support points at the bottom of the car. These four support points are usually located on the reinforced steel plate of the car chassis and can withstand greater forces. Press the rise button, lift the car until the tires are off the ground, and then gently shake the car to ensure its stability. Before continuing to lift the car, check the position of the support point again. After confirming that it is correct, lift the car to a height of 300mm from the ground. During the lifting process, the operator must stay away from the car, and it is strictly forbidden to stand under the stacker parking lift. When the car is lifted to the required height, be sure to insert the safety lock pin to ensure safety and stability before working under the car. Before lowering the car, you must first lift it, open the safety lock pin, and then press the lowering button to slowly lower the car until the lifting arm reaches the lowest position. Finally, remove the lifting arm and drive the car away.
